About Aquakaari

Aquakaari is a tiny India-based company obsessed with one question:

What happens when you treat water with the same respect as coffee?

We create precise mineral concentrates and post‑brew finishers that let roasters and home brewers tune their water with INTENTION.

What We Do

Most of the coffees brewed or hoarded in our freezers will never be appriciated fully because we tune everything from coffee's grind size to filters and the 67th new brewer dropped every month but we forget the most integral part the water.

Only 20-22% of the coffee's dry mass we extract ends up in the final cup. Rest is the water.

We formulate high‑purity mineral blends like YENN and TRISS to:

  • Let you adjust brightness, body and sweetness per cup with just a few drops.
  • Help roasters offer coffee‑specific finishers that match the flavour profile on the bag.

Every batch is mixed fresh from high‑grade salts and distilled water in Mysuru, so you get consistency, stability, and repeatable results without the added pressure of walter-whiting before ever brew.

Why Water, Why Now?

We started Aquakaari to close that last gap:

  • Give serious home brewers a simple way to control their water chemistry.
  • Give roasters a new canvas: minerals as a design tool, not just a machine spec.
  • Bring a bit of lab‑grade thinking to everyday brews, without turning your kitchen into a chemistry set.

If you’ve ever brewed an amazing coffee that tasted “meh” at home, we’re building Aquakaari for you.

The Soul of Aquakaari

Aquakaari is created and run by Siddharth Gokarn out of a small workspace in Mysuru. Siddharth is a financial analyst and stockbroker who dabbles in literature, fell down the rabbit hole of water chemistry, and started formulating concentrates for his own brews long before putting a label on the bottles.

Today, Aquakaari works closely with a handful of cafes and roasteries, building custom mineral profiles for specific coffees and sharing that research through educational content and collaborations
